The first and foremost manner is within the performance of ones duties towards own self. Then he has to be responsible for his actions and thoughts towards people he owes something of value. These could include his immediate family members, his wife and kids and so on. Morality is also held accountable in terms of performance of duties. This means that the individuals who work in offices have to remain in charge of the activities that they carry out and hence make their own standing within the office place.
